The property was built around a handful of stubborn ideas: that a bathroom can open to the sky, that a cottage should have its own front door, and that the best part of a holiday is usually the part nobody scheduled.

No two stays here have to feel the same. From open-to-mist bathrooms and private Jacuzzis to family cottages with their own gardens and plunge pools, our spaces have been created around privacy, nature and the simple pleasure of slowing down.

A trek up our own hill. Tea as the light goes. A local meal cooked the way it is cooked in the villages around us. The room is where you sleep — the rest is why you came.
